KEN-OL2 Single Door Network Controller

Designed with computer technology and the speed of the Internet in mind, the KEN operates either in conjunction with a host computer or stand-alone.

The KEN-OL2 is a single door reader/controller with full off-line functionality, which is managed by the Axeze Network Management Software (Spire).

KEN-OL2 is available for use with either our Read Only RFID transponders that cannot be duplicated or Standard 26bit Wiegand cards and readers (KEN-OLW).

Each KEN-OL2, with its own Real Time Clock and unrestricted time credentials, is capable of storing 1000 tags (users) and logging 1000 events at each access point. This means that when the system is offline it will be able to keep track of times for the logging of events and time restricted access control.  Online the number of users and events is only limited by computer hardware.

Note: for a full off-line system a AUI (Axeze Univeral Interface) is needed to restore the correct time to each controller in the event of an extended (greater than 36 hours) power failure.
