It is rare that goods need to be returned to Axeze for repairs.

Please allow up to 10 days for goods that are sent to Axeze for repairs and upgrades.

We promise that we will do everything in our power to return repairs and upgrades within 24 hours.

Sometimes this is not possible. If you allow 10 days you will not be dissappointed.
