Biometric ID

Biometric technology uses physical characteristics of the user to determine the user's identity. Measurements of the physical characteristics are compared to previously stored templates and a match determines the users identity. All users of the biometric system are "enrolled" where several scans are combined to create the users template.

FingerPrint Readers

Fingerprint reading uses a sensor to read the print of the finger. The print read is then matched to stored templates.

Axeze has fingerprint readers for Access Control, Time and Attendance and Computer logon.

Facial Readers

This techology is the latest in Biometric Identification. Images of the face are converted into 3D templates which are matched to the stored user database. There is no contact with the reader allowing it to be used where hygeine is a concern.

Axeze has facial readers for Access Control and Time and Attendance.
