Shelley Elder CEO and Founder:

Shelley Elder is Axeze’s Chief Executive Officer with over 30 years in Senior Management roles in Building and Construction, Hospitality/Tourism, Aged Care and Technology.  As a qualified Accountant, Shelley is also an accredited Business Coach with an MBA to boot.  The Centre for Innovation and Business (SA Government) appointed her as business coach to business with a turnover of up to $10m. 

Her entrepreneurial spirit grew from identification of a need for the Aged Care sector which inspired her entry as an innovator in the technology field.   Her ability to engage with, and build strong ties with electronics giants such as Clipsal and Futronics Technology has ensured Axeze’s place on the Access Control landscape.  With a string of Awards behind her, including the Telstra Business Woman of the Year in 1997, Shelley brings her experience and inspiration to the fore where Axeze products and service delivery are concerned.

David Elder Chief Technology Officer and R&D hardware design:

David Elder is Axeze’s Technology Officer.  He is a qualified Electronic Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers, Australia. His 40 years’ experience in Radio / Radio Frequency Technology started the RAAF (Royal Australian Air Force), and after 20 years there, he continued his career with Integrated Silicon Design (now Gemplus Tag) and Gliderol. 

In 2001, David achieved a commendation for Engineering Excellence for the unique design of the Axeze Network Hardware, and the Axeze Studio product has benefitted from his ongoing innovation and design expertise.

Paul Clarke Senior Hardware Engineer:

Paul has a passion for innovation, problem solving and electronics. He has an Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree (Hons), and has worked on hardware and firmware development for water meters, medical lasers and point of sale touch screens.

Paul is an expert in C, has contributed to Open source GNU compiler collection project and ported TCP/IP to the H8S for the UIP project. Paul has an excellent understanding of TCP/IP and USB and is looking forward to producing TCP/IP and USB products for Axeze.

Majid Safari, System Engineer / Product Development:

Majid has 15 year's experience in Research and Development for new and existing products.   He is a sofware developer and hardware designer with international experience.

He is Degree qualified in computing and his specialty areas have included Industrial Automation, Office Automation, Access Control and Security.
