	Shelley Elder CEO and Founder: Shelley has a passion for technology and a dream to develop a Company founded on strong ethics and moral principles with products that exceed client expectations. Shelley has an MBA and is an accountant by Trade. 1997 Winner of the Telstra Business Women’s Awards in the Private Sector. Shelley works as a business coach for 1.5 days a month for the South Australian government imparting her knowledge as a developer of leading edge products and the difficulties of developing a market from scratch.
	David Elder Chief Technology Officer and R&D hardware design: David won a Commendation for Engineering Excellence from the Australian Institute of Engineers for the design of the Axeze access control system. David is a qualified electronic engineer with extensive knowledge of radio and radio frequency identification systems. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia. Dave has worked for Gemplus Tag the world’s leading smart card manufacturer and has spent more than 20 years in the RAAF.
	Paul Clarke Senior Hardware Engineer: Paul has a passion for innovation, problem solving and electronics. He has an Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree (Hons), and has worked on hardware and firmware development for water meters, medical lasers and point of sale touch screens. Paul is an expert in C, has contributed to Open source GNU compiler collection project and ported TCP/IP to the H8S for the UIP project. Paul has an excellent understanding of TCP/IP and USB and is looking forward to producing TCP/IP and USB products for Axeze.
	Tarryn Grygiel - Elder Business Development Manager: As a family member Tarryn has extensive knowledge of the products and people within Axeze. She has handled International and National Sales and grew her portfolio by 45% in her first year. She has been commended for Customer Service Excellence and her strongest skills are reliability, honesty and accuracy.
