The Pipette Company is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of high quality pipettes and micro-tools for human in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures such as intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), embryo biopsy and assisted hatching.

The Pipette Company also manufactures pipettes for research applications and for the micromanipulation of non-human gametes and embryos.

To protect the integrity of Pipette’s clean rooms and associated air locking system, they decided to look for a reliable system that will control access to these areas.

In June 1999, they installed the Axeze door control system to control entry into their Class 350 clean. They found the system cost effective, reliable and easy to use. The Axeze system was cheaper than other systems and it has operated flawlessly since installation.

Authorised staff had access cards to allow them to enter clean rooms. Management was able to monitor who gets access to where and when in the facility.
